How do I order?
Online at www.mayadisa.com. Choose the item you wish to order, click on 'add to bag' then proceed to checkout. If you have any problems please don't hesitate to contact us at customerservice@mayadisa.com or on 020 3532 9215.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept credit card payments via Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo, America Express and Visa Electron as well as through Paypal through our secure checkout system.
How do I know my order has gone through online?
We'll send you an email confirmation of your order with a unique order number. Don't forget to check your spam folders too. If you have not received the email please contact us at customerservice@mayadisa.com or telephone 0203 532 9215.
What delivery options do you offer?
We are pleased to offer the following delivery options for Mayadisa customers.
UK standard delivery
Standard delivery is FREE on all UK orders from Mayadisa.com. This is subject to availability.
Please note larger items may be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature. If there is no-one available a "We're holding an item of post for you" card will be left for you. This lets you know that your parcel is being held at your local Delivery Office and includes instructions about how to arrange another delivery date that is convenient for you.
Deliveries can take up to 5 working days to arrive (unless you have requested and paid for Express 48 hour delivery, please see below). If your parcel has not been delivered after 5 working days please email customerservice@mayadisa.com.
UK Express 48 hour delivery
Express 48 hour delivery is offered on certain products to Mainland UK addresses only. Please see the delivery information for the product you want to purchase to see whether Express 48 hour delivery is available for your chosen item. If the product you wish to purchase is available for Express 48 hour Delivery please order before 12 noon for delivery 2 working days after the order date.
The cost for Express 48 hour delivery is £4.95.
Please note Express 48 hour delivery items will require a signature. If there is no-one available a "We're holding an item of post for you" card will be left for you. This lets you know that your parcel is being held at your local Delivery Office and includes instructions about how to arrange another delivery date that is convenient for you.
If your parcel has not been delivered within the 3 working days of ordering the item, please email customerservice@mayadisa.com.
Overseas
Goods for non-mainland UK addresses are sent by Royal Mail International Signed for or Airsure services, and for heavier packages, ParcelForce Priority delivery. A signature may be required. International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis of £15, regardless of the weight of your parcel.
Europe: 3-5 working days
North America: 5-7 working days
South America: 7-10 working days
Asia/Australasia - 7 - 12 working days
If you order goods from our Site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that products offered for sale by Mayadisa.com are directed at UK residents. Mayadisa makes no representation that any products sold through this website are appropriate or available for use outside of the UK. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
What happens if my order has not arrived?
If your parcel has still not arrived after 5 working days of receiving conformation of dispatch, or within 3 days if you have selected Express 48 hour delivery, please contact us by emailing customerservice@mayadisa.com or 020 3532 9215. We will deliver the goods to the address for delivery that you specified when you placed your order. Please be accurate when you give us your address details, as we will not be liable if the address that you have given and that we deliver to is incorrect.
What is your exchange and returns policy?
Our returns policy
We want you to be happy with the goods and service that you receive from us so that you have peace of mind when ordering any product through the Mayadisa.com website.
You have:
- 28 days, from the receipt of goods, in which you can cancel your order.
- Seven days, from the day after that on which you agree to go ahead with any service, in which you can cancel your order (unless the service has already been provided).
- Please note the exemptions and exceptions below to the standard returns procedure and 28-day cancellation period:
- Eastern Mystic Jewellery and Hetty Rose items have a 14-day cancellation period.
- The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, fabric, message or other customized aspect
- personal products such as earrings which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
How do I return a faulty, substandard product?
- It is essential to notify Mayadisa in writing if you wish to cancel your order via email: customerservice@mayadisa.com, providing your full name and item you wish to return or exchange. If you believe the goods are faulty, then you must explain this at this time.
- Mayadisa will provide you with a simple returns form with your delivery which you should include with your returned items, along with the return address that we provide.
- You must return the goods appropriately packed and unused to the address provided by Mayadisa. As the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
- The costs of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty.
Refunds or exchanges will be made to you within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, as long as you have followed all of the procedures and timeframes above, conditional upon stock availability and subject to this site's terms and conditions.
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
